Quickbooks not updating transactions

I am so beyond frustrated at this point with Quickbooks I'm going to cancel. I've been trying to work on my self-employment taxes -- and it never fails but the bank account transactions stop updating. And then if I try to manually input a csv file, I get an error message. I have updated and refreshed all my linked bank accounts -- but it is literally the same recurring errors time and time again. My business account just doesn't show any transactions after the middle of June -- and nothing I do can fix it seemingly. This is the worse accounting software ever -- like what's the point if it f--s up my estimated taxes and can't keep track of expenses. I can't even get ahold of a human cs rep on a weekend.

First and foremost, we'd like to know if there are bank errors you received. To help us further navigate the root cause of the issue.

 

In the meantime, let's log in to your bank website and see if there are updates or issues in the notification lists. If your bank is making a change, you might need to upgrade your bank connection since this could be the reason the transactions stop flowing into QuickBooks.
