Hopefully this post in only relevant for a few hours or days. I will update when the issue is fixed.
Behaviour
Invoices created 6/14 or later were not showing in exiting Report (had been working for 4+ months and worked for invoices created before 6/14, even if their Invoice date was later changed to 6/14).
Created new Reports with either "creation wizard" or "adding data columns".
Invoices created June 14 or later would never appear.
Work Around
Accessed the old, pre-wizard reports from Dashboard Sales (see attached image).
Older report generator could see all invoices. We use as a work around
Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

I advise contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team to learn more about the progress of the investigation. One of our specialists will review the case notes from your prior call or chat and provide updates from there.

June 21 update, new, "wizard" report is working again.
