Hello there, @Shesa. I've got the steps on how you can send reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QuickBooks Online, you can easily send various types of reports to the appropriate stakeholders in your business.
If you are referring to the backup of your company file, you can export it before sending it outside of QuickBooks. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Tools, select Export Data.
- Click Export to Excel.
Once done, you can proceed to send an email outside of QuickBooks.
If you want to send a specific report, follow these steps:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- On the left side, click on Reports.
- On the upper right side, select the dropdown arrow beside Find report by name.
- Choose the report you want to send.
- For the classic view, select the envelope icon, then click on Email.
- For the modern view, choose More actions and then click Email report.
