I've got your back, @mjohnsonmoton.

Yes, it's possible to print reconciliation reports in portrait format in QuickBooks Desktop. Here's how you can change the print settings:

  1. Open the reconciliation report you want to print.
  2. Click on the Print button in the toolbar.
  3. In the Print window, click on the Properties button next to the printer name.
  4. In the Properties window, change the orientation to Portrait.
  5. Select Print to print the report in portrait orientation.

Additionally, you have the option to save a PDF version by selecting the Save icon.

Congratulations on upgrading to Enterprise! Printing reports in a portrait mode is available in this version, 958335. I'd like to offer my assistance with this feature.

You can see this option right under the Orientation section in the Settings tab after you click Print.

I'm curious to know what happened when you tried to print a reconciliation report in portrait mode. Can you describe what you saw? I want to ensure we provide you with the right information to sort this out quickly.

In the meantime, I'll share some general troubleshooting steps that can resolve common printing issues in QuickBooks Desktop.

First, let's check if the issue is only happening to the reconciliation report. Here's how:

  1. Print a different type of report to check if the same option is missing.
  2. Open one of the QuickBooks sample company files and try to print the same type of report. If you can see it, follow the steps in this article to resolve any data damage in your file: Fix Data Damage On Your QuickBooks Desktop Company File.

If you still can't see the Portrait option, use the QuickBooks Tool Hub. This utility is specifically designed to resolve various program and file-related issues that could be hiding the Portrait option. Here's an article for a step-by-step guide: Fix Common Problems and Errors With the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.

I'd also like to give you this article for additional details and options that can be helpful in your situation: Fix Printing Issues In QuickBooks Desktop.
