My recurring invoices for 1 company have not sent for the 2nd month in a row.
They worked Jan 1. They did not work Feb 1 or today, March 1.
I called and was told this is a known issue, but none of my other clients or companies are affected by this.
When will this issue be resolved? This makes me look disorganized, and when I send all of them manually it cancels the customers autopay.

This is not a duplicate issue.
This is not a user error.
These recurring invoices have been successfully sent as they should for YEARS. The problem began with my invoices dated 02/01/23. They are not sending at 5am EST as usual. On Feb 1 I had to send them manually. I called support and they told me this was a known issue.
Today, 03/01/23 they did not send automatically at 5am EST as usual. I called again and was given investigation number INB1239 and again they said this was a known issue.
This is not something I can fix.
