Thanks for sharing your concern with us, Tom. Let me share some details to help you with your concerns.
 

It is currently unavailable to run a report that shows the total amount of donations by customer ID and address. With this, you can send feedback to our product development team, so they can add this feature in future updates. Let me guide you with the steps below:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Then, click Next to submit feedback.
    

You can visit our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to track the status of your submitted feedback.

You'll want to pull up separate reports for Sales by Donor Detail and the Donor Contact List to track the donor contribution with the address.
 

Here's how:
 

1. In the left tab, select Reports.
2. Type in Sales by Donor or Donor Contact List on the search tab.
3. Click the report to open it.
4. You can also customize your report with the details you want to show and filter the reporting period if needed.
5. Then select Run report.

If your goal is to create donor statements, you can use our BRC Donor Statements - QB Online  to do this. It will create proper donation letters, ready to print, using your QuickBooks data. The statements can customized in many ways and can be printed or optionally emailed.
