Hi there, sue. Let me lay out the details about retrieving the previous quarterly report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll.
After you have electronically filed your tax form through our service, the form will be automatically accessible in your archived forms. Additionally, all forms will be ready for viewing or printing approximately 35 days after the quarter ends. Amended forms will be accessible once your case is finalized. However, if you have completed this process manually, we would have archived it using the following steps:
- Go to the Taxes menu, and select Payroll Tax.
- Navigate to the Filings tab.
- Next to the tax form you want to save or archive, select File.
- Select the period, then Archive.
After that, we can start viewing this using the guidelines below:
- Go back to the Filings tab, and select Resources.
- Then, tap Archived forms and filings.
- Select the ▼ dropdown menu to filter the form type you want to view.
- Select the form name, then View.
If you happen not to have archived this, I recommended contacting our Payroll Support Team as they’re equipped with tools that can locate payroll tax forms you previously created. Please take note of their support hours to reach them at the time of your convenience.
Furthermore, I’ve got an informative article that can help guide you through accessing your previous tax payments on QuickBooks: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.
