We're glad you came here for support, robinjb10.
I can help you print batch sales receipts for a specific period in QuickBooks Desktop.
To do so, you'll need to manually select the dates of the transactions you'll want to print. First, let's ensure to check box for Print Later for the sales receipts to show when printing.
To brint batch Sales Receipts, here's how:
- Go to the File menu.
- Choose Print Forms.
- Select Sales Receipts.
- Manually check the box beside the transactions you want to print.
- Click Ok.
You can also open the report for Sales by Customer Summary so you can specify the dates you'd like to show for your sales tax audit.
Here's how:
- Go to Reports.
- Click Sales.
- Choose Sales by Customer Summary.
- Click Customize Report.
- Choose the Filters tab.
- Under Filters, select Transactio Type.
- Choose Sales Receipt as your Transaction Type.
- Click Ok.
Should you have any other questions about printing transactions and reports in QuickBooks, just let me know. I'd be happy to help.
