Send Report in Excel

Hello

Kindly find below picture. My Create new worksheet and Update an existing worksheet and Replace an existing worksheet option is inactive. I want to active these options How can i solve my problem?

Send Report in Excel

Let’s run a few troubleshooting steps to export your report in Excel.


We’ll have to download the latest maintenance release of your QuickBooks. This process will improve the functionality of the program and fix common errors automatically. I’ll guide you through the process.

 

  1. In your company file, click the Help menu at the top bar and choose Update QuickBooks Desktop.update qbdt.png
  2. Go to the Update Now tab and tick the box for Reset Update to remove previously downloaded releases.update qbdt.1.png
  3. Hit the Get Updates button and OK to continue.
  4. Once done, close and reopen your QuickBooks to kick off the installation.

Next, open a report and export it to Excel. If you continue to get the same result, perform Steps 2-5 in this guide: Fix export to Excel issues in QuickBooks Desktop.
