Hello there @zaheerbabar,
A credit note is a refund transaction where you can associate it to your invoice.
For the invoice, you'll need to put a shipping address to have information on where this item needs to be delivered.
Thank you for the feedback, I'll surely send this to our product engineers. You can visit our QuickBooks Blog to see the latest product updates.
Also, in case if you need help applying a refund to your vendor, you can use this article link: Enter a credit from a vendor.

Hi Rejeil
Thanks for the prompt reply. We have some customers where we do shipping to multiple locations. So we invoice to multiple locations and hence we need to create a credit note also . when a credit note is created and we do a print review, it shows only the main customer name, whereas it should show the shipping location or it should show BILL TO and SHIP TO as well in a credit memo. As some times our customers ask us to submit the credit memos to them . The credit memo only shows the BILL TO name , it does not show the SHIP TO name on the credit memo
Check the attachment pls
Thanks
Hi @zaheerbabar, thanks for the reply.
At this moment, this feature is not yet available in our product. There's no turn around time on when this will be added as a new feature. Rest assured, we will keep posting updates through Quickbooks Blog.
However, we have a workaround on this concern. You can manually enter the "Shipping to" information in the credit memo box.
Additionally, you can apply for payment from another customer's credit memo in QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know if you have other questions, I'm here to help.
what would be the manual procedure to enter the shipping address on a credit note ?
