Shopify Exports into QB Online

Hi Mommacrimin,

You'll want to make sure that you've only imported sales transactions made from your Shopify to your checking account. However, if those transactions are still being recorded twice, I suggest reaching out to Shopify Support Team. They'll be able to check your software's configuration so it will only import one transaction at a time. 

Here's how:

1. In your QBO account, click the Apps menu on the left panel.
2. Under the My Apps column, choose Shopify.
3. Click the Support tab to get their phone number.

You can run and customize reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Did you login as Master Admin or Company Admin? Or try open your account on private/incognito browser.
