I used to do it before I was forced to upgrade from QB2019.

Chat support came up with nothing.
I am supposed to wait and assume "the engineers" are working on it.
In the meantime I find that not having this very basic function really hampers my ability to manage my sales.

This may be caused by a corrupted file. I'll help you fix it. Let's run the Verify/Rebuild utility to detect the data damage. Here's how:
Once done, pull up the report again and check if you can now sort them.

I tried the rebuild data utility earlier, as well as every update I could find.
So far nothing has worked.
