This is a horrible "upgrade" for end users. CLASSIC VIEW SHOULD BE A DEFAULT CHOICE FOR ALL REPORTS. All users that agree, please make multiple feedback requests for classic view reports to stay as an option or make as a default by going to the Gear on top left of screen , and click on Feedback.
Done!! I HATE all the changes they keep forcing on us all.
And to pretend that they care what feedback we give is utterly ridiculous!
Yea, the new reports are just awful and buggy. There may be some potential in them, but they're not even ready for a Beta, much less a general release. In many cases, one can't even recreate the same report with the 'modern' view compared to the classic version of the same report.
How is this a useful report?
NOT SURE WHY they say that we are requesting these changes. Is everyone asking for these changes or a few. Leave us to what we want to use and STOP forcing changes on us that make things harder NOT easier. PLEASE ASK US BEFORE CHANGING THINGS. If we want to use modern view, we will, if not let us decide. We pay high amounts in fees to use this program, so please start listening to your user or you will start to see them leave.

If they change one of the reports I need, then I'm definitely finding a new product to use. I'm so tired of being disregarded by this company.
Unfortunately in my experience Intuit doesn't care what users think and need. But I still support everyone and anyone going into feedback and letting them know this is yet another disastrous alteration in what used to be a good product (meaning Desktop version) and company.
I am 100000% in agreement with you! They seem to implement all these "Great" changes before actually testing them. This latest issues with importing from financial institutions is a huge mess. I am seeing transactions from 2021 in the "REVIERW" tab, Merchant Services says there is no account associated with clients. I have spent almost 10 hours on the phone with them over the last week and have to wait a ridiculous amount of time waiting for a call back. Their focus on Accountants/Pro Advisors is non-existent, and to do all of this at year end, blows my mind. Makes it VERY DIFFICULT to recommend any INTUIT product to clients.
Intuit is using US - the CUSTOMERS - to test these features. Why pay beta testers when you can force your your customers to test your product for you and charge them for the privilege?
Unless Intuit addresses these issues by the end of the year with some type of statement or gives a timeline as to when the "Classic View" will be available again, we will have to migrate to a different system in 2024.
