1. Sign up for your QBO account.
2. Go to Sales, then select Customers.
3. Look for a customer that begins with a customer number to open the customer page, then choose Edit.

I am having this issue, as well. The only difference being that statements are now printing out by "statement no." There are no numbers in my customer name display. It just all of a sudden changed from last statement period when it was printing in the preferred alphabetical order.
