The app updated this morning and when I log back in and created an invoice and sent it to the customer she cannot pay the invoice it does not give her an option to pay it

I sent a customer a invoice this morning and she responded that it does not have the option to pay the invoice

The app updated this morning and when I log back in and created an invoice and sent it to the customer she cannot pay the invoice it does not give her an option to pay it

Paying invoices with QuickBooks payments is an advantage. I'll help shed some light on what may be happening here.

 

First off, consider checking your Account and Settings, and make sure that all the options for online payments are enabled. Also, review if you have activated your Invoice payments and the Online delivery should be an Online invoice. You can use a desktop browser when checking your QuickBooks settings.

 

Let's check your settings by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and Settings.

  2. Hit the Sales, and on the Online delivery make sure on the dropdown arrow, make the options for invoices as Online invoice.
  3. Once done, click Save.

  4. Now, check the Invoice payments if it's activated.

  5. Go to Payments and ensure to turn on the option you want the invoice to be paid.
  6. Once you're finished, click Done.
