The recent update removed the export feature for invoices. How do I export an invoice to pdf for email on my phone app?

Good day, @tristan. It's great to have you here in the Community. I'll be sharing information about exporting invoices using the mobile app, as I can see the importance of this feature in managing your invoices through the QBO mobile app.

When exporting invoices using the mobile app, you must do it one by one. After replicating your concern with my QuickBooks mobile app, I have determined that the capability to export invoices to PDF for email is not offered on Android devices, but it is indeed accessible for iOS users. 

You may follow the steps below to export invoices, if you're using iOS device:

1. Click Menu from the bottom and choose Invoices.
2. 
3. Choose the invoice that you want to export.
4. Tap the three dot icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
5. Select Export button.
   
6. A preview of your invoice will be shown, and click Export.
   
7. From there, choose the email you want to send the PDF. You can also copy and print invoice.
    

As the option to export invoices to PDF is not available on Android devices, you can send them directly via email or preview the invoice and send the file directly to your customers through Gmail. That way, your customers can still view their invoices. Here's how:

1. Click Menu from the bottom and choose Invoices.
   

1. Choose the invoice that you want to send.
2. Tap the three dot icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
3. Select Preview or Email.
   
   
4. For email, enter the email address of your customer and click send.
   
5. For Preview, just tap the three dot icon and click Send File. You can also click the Print button.
6. Then choose Gmail.
   

If you are using Android devices, I recommend providing feedback to our development team. I recognize the importance of having this feature available on your mobile device, and our product development team values and reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we meet our customers' needs. Just click the Feedback button and enter your suggestion from there. Then, click Send feedback.
