QuickBooks system periodically exhibits strange behavior due to sync or latency issues. Let's refresh the application to isolate the problem. It's the same as clearing the cache from your web browser.

Sorry, but your suggested solution does not help. I need to be able to delete old credit cards on the customer account, or be able to scroll further down past the list of credit cards on the account, to get to the "charge card" green button. This is a program issue that QuickBooks needs to fix.

I'm here to provide some additional info about your customer's credit card details in QuickBooks Online.
While there are many ways to edit your customer's profile, there's isn't currently a way to delete old card numbers. It is recommended to replace old card numbers with non-transacting numbers (i.e. 4111-1111-1111-1111).

To fix the issue concerning not being able to scroll on the screen, I do suggest completing the steps mentioned above to refresh the app. You may also want to try uninstalling then reinstalling the app on your phone.

OK, to be clear. I am not looking to delete credit cards on file, but thought that would be an option to fix my problem. Whether the list of credit cards are valid, or a set of numbers that are not valid, the list remains long and therefore on my phone app, I can not scroll down, and the green "charge card" button does not show at the bottom of the screen where I choose the card to take a payment!!!!!
