These aren't "new" anymore

Please make these go away when I click on them like every other software developer knows how to do.

These aren't "new" anymore

Hi @Queue Bee No.

Whenever QuickBooks Online (QBO) rolls out new features, it labels it New so our users are aware of them. I'll provide additional details about it below.

When you see New on your reports, it indicates that QBO is currently implementing an update or introducing new features. Being in the beta update phase means the feature is still being tested and refined. Therefore, the ability to disable this feature is currently unavailable.

Moreover, if you want to customize your reports, you can refer to this article: Common custom reports in QuickBooks Online.

These aren't "new" anymore

Why are you telling me how to customize my reports? What is happening?

I know what "NEW" means. But what you don't understand is that if that little dot doesn't go away after I've seen something new, how can I ever trust it again? It's been there for days. The first time I saw it, I clicked it to see what was new. 5 days later, the same crap is there. What happens if you add something new tomorrow? I won't &#@%ing know it, because it's the boy who cried wolf.

The indicator needs to go away after I've seen the new items. This is EXTREMELY common UX.

These aren't "new" anymore

I just noticed the new indicator on "More Actions" and as soon as I clicked the dropdown it went away.

This is how it is supposed to work! So either

1. The one on the "Save" button was bugged

2. It's two separate pieces of code and logic

3. They made a change to how this works since I posted

Judging by the fact that they actually moved these functions to the "More actions" menu leads me to believe they actually fixed this problem.
