I have sales income but it does not show up on the dashboard as sales. Why

Same. I'm not using QB for CRM, I'm using QB for accounting. I process sales through CC and venmo payments. QB can't identify my sales and can't calculate my tax obligations correctly which is basically the entire reason I PAID to use them.

I'll be researching alternatives, as this software is a business liability to me. It is presenting incorrect information.

I am researching the same thing on this thread as I have the same problem.  Amazing the history of this thread is over 5 years old, with lots of comments from Intuit of "how they care," but the problem is still there.  A great of example of how too large to fail produces bad product/service.

Maybe you could move some of the people from your "Price Increase" department over to "Customer Requests and Needs" department.  The "Price Increases" are sure on it.

PS:  Intuit moderator, please save your typing energy and don't respond to this thread telling us how much you care and how valuable our feedback is to Intuit.
