I've come to share details about taking and processing payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @katie-hartog-sil.

When you have QuickBooks Payments, you can accept electronic payments like credit cards and ACH bank transfer transactions directly from an invoice or email. With the latter one, the processing fee each time is 1% (Max $10).

To make the best decision for your business, here's an overview of fees and plans for QuickBooks Payments: Standard Payment Fees & Rates.

Also, to further guide you in managing sales and payment transactions in QBO and answer the most commonly asked questions about QuickBooks Payments, I'd recommend checking out this article: Frequently Asked Questions. It includes topics about funding status, account management, and payments processing, to name a few.

Let me know in the comments if you have other concerns about payment processing fees and managing income transactions in QBO. I'll gladly help. Take care always, @katie-hartog-sil.

If you are running a B2B business, you can utilize another processor to integrate with your QBO and accept ACH payments for free.

Can you share a few examples of such payment processors? What is the process to integrate them to the invoicing process in QBO?

Your company is located in the US, correct? I can recommend one B2B payment processor to integrate with QBO and QBD, and accept payment with ACH, credit card and debit card for free. Contact me in private for details.
