I am using QBO Advanced.
How do I create a report in the new reports layout for all transactions created on a single day of my choosing?
We have a "robot" that creates and enters bills/invoices for us and sometimes it does not send them all to QBO. Sometimes it does not send over all the invoices and I need to pull a report to compare side by side to the report from our "robot".
We used to be able to used the audit log. However it does not work very well or at all for what I need because I cannot filter it to only be bills/invoices.
Please send help.

Please know that QuickBooks follows the Greenwich Mean Time for reports. Based on your screenshot, it displays Eastern Time Zone which could be why the reports are missing on your end. To view them, you can either change the time on your audit log to Greenwich Mean Time or adjust the report date to one day prior.
To modify the time zone in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the time in the bottom-right corner of your computer screen and select Adjust Date/Time.
2. A window will open, and on the left panel, select the Date & time tab.
3. Under Change date and time, click Change.
4. Enter the time and press Change to update it.

Changing my the timezone to Greenwich Mean Time doesn't feel like a great solution to this problem. I did try to change the dates forward backward and every way in-between to get them invoices and bills created on the desired date to show, and it does not work. I just tried the timezone change and that does not work as well.
I am wondering if QBO is not classifying them as bills or invoices when they are entered? I don't know how else it would be classified but do you have any suggestions on how I could find those bills and invoices?
Could they show up as something else?
Is there a better or easier way to find this?
Thanks for giving those steps a try and following up with the results, BFoxSLF.
Since you're still unable to view the report data you need, I recommend reaching out to a member of the QuickBooks Online Support Team. Here's how to get in touch with the team:
1. Click the Help (?) button.
2. Select either tab to get started:
- Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
- Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
a. Start a chat with a support expert.
b. Get a callback from the next available expert.
