Read the instructions but still confused about this link Request to be the master admin or primary contact and how to submit the request:

This link (Request to be the master admin or primary contact) does not take me to the form to complete for the master admin request – can you send me the link to the actual form?

Also this link does not take me to where I can upload the documents can you send the link to where I can upload the documents?

When I try to log onto Sign in as explained the instructions Request to be the master admin or primary contact: I get the message below. Not sure what this means?

This is the website I use to log onto Intuit QuickBooks: how do I get to the form and upload the documents on this website?

Allow me to provide you a few information about transferring admin rights and I'm here to help you get this resolved, tiffanyb1105.

Both QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) and Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) have different processes when it comes to transferring admin rights. The article that you provided isn't applicable if you're using IOP. I recommend contacting the IOP Support Team. This way, they can send you a link where you can upload or attach your documents via SF File Exchange.
