1. Go to Reports.
2. In the Search field, enter Trial Balance and click it.
3. Change the Report period to the date range you want to view.
4. Tap Run report.

A trial balance is a financial report that shows the closing balances of all general ledger accounts, as well as totals all debits and credits. With this, running the said report with the opening balance is currently unavailable.

For now, I suggest going to the Chart of Accounts page and clicking each account so you'll be routed to the Bank register page. Then, you can view the net activity and opening balance from there.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Accounting menu on the left panel.
2. Choose the Chart of accounts and choose a specific account.
3. Click the Account history link under the Action column.
4. Locate the opening balance.

i run my trial balance account how ever it sort the report by ending balance instead of amount blance. The bank ending balance os wrong.

It could be that someone from your team may have edited, deleted, or even unreconciled an already reconciled transaction inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company file. If this is the case, it could affect your trial balance, causing it to show an incorrect ending balance.

To verify, you may want to check your bank statement. Here's how:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Bookkeeping or Accounting, then select Reconcile.
3. Review the account you selected in the Account dropdown menu.

After this, you may also want to check if there are bank transaction that wasn't matched and categorized. You can refer to this article to help you manage bank transactions inside QBO: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

i have same problem , my audit request trail balance with opening balance and transaction and ending balance  . really its big issue to any accountant . please try to solve that .
