Hi,
I am unable to attach any Outlook Email as attachment while booking a Bill in QB online.
I am on Plus plan.
This was working perfectly in Desktop version of QB.
Has any thing changed in QB online ? How to make it possible ?
Thanks for visiting the QuickBooks Community, @cowens-equabli-c,
When you attach files into vendor bills, make sure the file types is supported by QuickBooks. Attachments are limited to the following:

Ok, you have me confused... You showed a list of supported file types (which does not include Outlook Emails - usually .msg), but then you proceed to give instructions on how to attach Outlook Emails, which I'm guessing would only allow for supported file types?
This one is a big requirement for me to be able to say our company file can be moved to QBO. Emails are attached all the time on our QB Desktop transactions, so we need this functionality to work as well on QBO.
Does this actually work? If not, any plans to add .msg to the list of supported file types?
Hello there, @gipisi.
I appreciate you joining this thread and sharing insights about attaching the Outlook email in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, you can convert the file format .msg to one of a support type by utilizing an online file converter. Once done, you're now ready to attach it to a transaction form in your QBO company. For the detailed steps, read this link: Add or delete attachments in QuickBooks Online.
While we don't have the exact time frame when this will be available, I recommend sending feedback to our product engineers. This way, you can directly relay to them your suggestions and request about adding additional file types for attachments in your QBO forms.
Here's how:

That is a very cumbersome workaround. Unfortunately (or fortunately), I found out there are other key missing features in QBO - like Sales Orders - so I guess we are sticking with QB Desktop for the time being.
