This can happen if there are cache issues within the browser that you're using, Playawest45.
You can follow some troubleshooting steps to make sure you're logged in successfully to your Community account.
First, let's add Intuit to your browser's list of trusted sites. This will prevent your browser from blocking content and ensure a smoother experience when logging in.
Then, remove your browser's cached data and any cookies related to Intuit. For detailed instructions that are specific to the browser you're using, check out this guide: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks.

Since you're having issues accessing or signing in to the Community, I'd initially recommend troubleshooting your browser. It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Web browsers save these files, and sometimes they can cause issues when viewing certain webpages.
Here's how to troubleshoot the browser you're using:
If you've tried each of the troubleshooting processes mentioned above, but are still encountering the same messages when trying to access or sign in to the QuickBooks Community, you can try some of the steps in our Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in article if you're experiencing issues signing in.
In the event you're already signed in, but still encountering problems accessing the Community, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
I'll be here to help if there's any questions. Have a wonderful Monday!
There's nothing wrong with your browser. It's how the Quickbooks sites handles cookies. I can only login to QB community via incognito window.
Amazing how significantly smaller companies have no issue with this but a company with Intuit's resources can't figure it out.
I am not using the incognito window. Yes, there is a problem how Quickbooks sites uses cookies. It is difficult to sign into this Quickbooks Desktop account as Intuit website assumes I am trying to log into Quickbooks Online. It is difficult to switch. Have to go to a computer that did not have Quickbooks Online log in
