It's possible that you enter a weekly timesheet or a single activity that is billable to your customer. That's why it's showing unbilled time/cost when creating an invoice.
To review the unbilled time and cost, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Company menu, then Transaction Center.
- Select Income Tracker under customers.
- Then, select the Unbilled time and cost tab.
Then, once you're ready to turn off the feature, you can go to the Preferences menu. Here's how:
- Go to the QuickBooks menu, then select Preferences.
- Select Time Tracking.
- Turn off the preferences for the Keep track of time option.
