The option to search for customers is still available in the Customers tab of QuickBooks Online. Make sure to maximize the page so you can see all the buttons in the program.
If you can't still see it, please log in to your account on an incognito/private browsing session. This is to check if a cache or browser issue is hiding the option to search clients.
Follow these keyboard shortcuts to quickly open an incognito session:
- Google Chrome Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla CTRL + SHIFT + P
- Microsoft Edge CTRL+SHIFT+P
- Safari Command-Shift-N
Once done, log back in to QBO and check if you can already see it.
