Updating the Initial costs

Hello,

I imported products from Shopify and the initial cost is zero. How can I upload a bulk file? I found the below but I dont see any Bulk manage on my Quick books online page.

  1. In QuickBooks Commerce, go to Inventory.
  2. Select Products.
  3. From the Bulk Manage ▼ dropdown menu, select Import Initial Costs.
  4. Drag or browse the file you created for your variants.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. If the data is correct, select Yes, This is correct.

I want to make sure you'll get the right amount of information about uploading a bulk file in QuickBooks, @RUBYSGIFTSTORE.

Those steps you've mentioned are only applicable if you have access or already have set up QuickBooks Commerce from within your QuickBooks Online account (QBO). With that, you may not have yet started with QuickBooks Commerce.

To get those features, you'll want to sign up for QuickBooks Commerce. Then, use your Intuit ID to sign in directly to QuickBooks Commerce (if you want to purchase it as an add-in within your QBO account).

In case you want to manually import a list of your products and services from Excel or Google Sheets to QuickBooks Online, you can utilize this link: Import products and services with sub-categories and sub-items.

Also, I've collected some articles about setting up QuickBooks Commerce seamlessly and learn about managing products and variants:

If you have other concerns soon, please know that I'm always here to assist you. Take care and have a good one, RUBYSGIFTSTORE.
