UPLOAD A JOURNAL ENTRY

We may use a third-party app on this, @jperry1967.

I have alternatives available for you to download your Journal Entry transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Uploading Journal Entry in QBO US is currently unavailable. Presently, this functionality is available in other regions (UK, Australia, etc.)

As a workaround, I recommend you to use a third-party application or manually create them in the program.

Here's how to find related apps:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Application website.
  2. Choose your Region in the drop-down arrow.
  3. Type importer in the search box.
  4. Select the app that suits your business needs.

To manually enter, visit this link for complete steps: Create a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, I'd suggest sending feedback to our product engineers. Sending feature suggestions enables our creators to develop a solution to enhance your overall QuickBooks experience.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the upper right side.
  2. Choose Feedback
  3. Type your concern in the box and click Next

Many of the program's current features are available because of user feedback. Also, QuickBooks has a website where you can vote on and provide comments on any future suggestions. To access the page, visit this link: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks.

Further, check out these articles below to know what information can be imported in QuickBooks and other related topics:

I'm glad to help you again if you have additional questions in mind. Take care and have a good one,jperry1967.
