The File menu feature is available in the QuickBooks Online Desktop app version. In QuickBooks Online, you can find the +New icon underneath the QBO logo.
With the +New icon features, lets you record common types of transactions such as invoices, estimates, expenses, or cheques. Just simply select the type of transaction you want to record and QuickBooks automatically redirects you to the transaction window.
For the second questions, to print the invoices marked as Print Later.
Here's how:
- Go to Sales, then click All Sales tab.
- Under Type field drop-down, then choose Invoices.
- From the Filter drop-down and choose the Print later under the Delivery Method field.
- Change the date under the From and To field.
- Click Apply.
Once done, only those invoices you marked as print later will appear. Then, put a checkmark on each of the invoices and choose Print transactions to print.
