Hello! We have multiple users creating PO's at the same time. We have noticed that our PO#'s will change depending on who submits the PO first. Is there a pop up warning we can set that warns us the PO# has changed?

Yes, this is how it works to prevent duplicate document numbers. No, there's no warning. Why would a warning be helpful?

This would be helpful to us because we document the PO#'s. Sometimes we don't notice it changes.

To give a little more info..when two users are creating a PO at the same time, we both may have the same PO# at first, when one of us submits the other one's PO# changes.

I'd suggest changing your process of documenting the PO number until after you save it and go back to it.
