I just refreshed and they are working for me now - loading is a little slow, but they do actually load!

Thanks for taking the time to share your concerns here in the QuickBooks Community. @MKug I'm happy to see your vendors are back up and running.
For everyone else, I recommend clearing the cache of your browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your vendor's not loading. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.
After clearing cache, please make sure to restart your browse so the changes can take effect.
