We are using c25.qbo.intuit for our nonprofit organization. Can I generate an end of the year donation receipt for our donors using quickbooks?

Yes, you can run and customize the Pledges and Received Payments report to show the end of the year donation receipt. Let me walk you through the steps.

1. In your QuickBooks Online, click Report from the left panel.
2. Search for Pledges and Received Payments.
3. In the Report period drop-down, select Last Year to show the end of year donations.

QuickBooks will not create a proper year end donation statement.

Instead, use the BRC Donor Statements - QB Online  which will (or the BRC Donor Statements - Desktop  for desktop QuickBooks.)

Is there a way to add the pledge's description to this report? There is a column for Memo/Description but it always comes up blank
