I understand the importance of fixing the A/R that clumped invoices, Maria. Let me direct you to the right team to help you get back in operation.

Since this involves your data, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team. They have the right tools to pull up your account in a secure manner and identify the root cause of the problem to provide you with the most effective solution.

You can follow the steps to contact us:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on the Help icon.
  3. Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
  4. Provide the details of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose an option you want to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Additionally, you can use the navigation menu to have an overview and quick access to QuickBooks.

Also, you can customize invoices and other sales forms and add specific details to them. You can also record invoice payments to connect them to the invoices to balance your accounts.

Feel free to send us a reply if you have other questions about managing your A/R and invoices in QuickBooks. We'll be here 24/7 to provide you with assistance. Have a great day ahead!

@maria-lojo-dpipr

You need to contact DS to fix it. Otherwise, you can purchase another 3rd party conversion service.
