Hello there, carneydp.

Transactions sync in QuickBooks depends on what Joist allowed. Since Joist is a third-party application, I suggest contacting their support. They can check the settings of the app and make sure Joist 6 digit invoice numbers are syncing.

You can use Google to check for their most updated contact information.

Additionally, we have easy-to-access articles, webinars, and video tutorials that will help you in familiarizing the different tasks, features, and functions of QBO. Below are the following:

can anyone help me? I need to find out why QB is not syncing over Joist 6 digit invoice numbers; beginning with 00. It's dropping them. Thus confusing our customers with example: Inv. 1960 or 001960. Same invoice. Thank you
