Thanks for providing the Temp folder solution. I tried but this solution doesn't work for me. I don't know if its because my file is hosted in a cloud solution, but I added to the C:/ folder that I have access to, with no luck. Anything else I could be missing?

@Lollie1 RE: I don't know if its because my file is hosted in a cloud solution,
The C:\Temp\ folder needs to be created on the computer where the QuickBooks application is running. (The location of the company fie doesn't matter.)
So, if you're remoting into another computer to run QuickBooks, create the folder there.
I can see another Temp folder on the remote computer server, so it looks like it has two now. I'll delete the folder I created and restart the remote computer.
Thank you!! Fixed it for me...
BigRed, just curious if you were around during the QB POS v.9 debacle? I was working for a small company that was using v.6, and due to that freak show, they stuck with it well after I left. Intuit's had, IMO, a culture of releasing mediocre software and dragging their feet to fix it for at least 20 years. I remember when QuickBooks was actually a decent program and Intuit actually cared about their customers over profits.
