Yes, you can just turn off your inventory without affecting your financial record and POS. However, you can no longer track the inventory of your current items. This can also affect the items on the list.
Follow these steps to turn it off:
- Go to the Edit menu. Then, choose Preferences.
- Within the Company Preferences tab, select Items & Inventory
- Select the Advanced Inventory Settings button.
- Make sure to uncheck all the boxes of the features that you currently using.
