Glad to see you here in the Community. Your Worker's Compensation Class is designated by your state agency. I recommend getting in touch with them to ensure your employee's are properly classified. If you're on one of our Assisted Payroll plans, you can also reach out to their Team to verify this information.

QuickBooks is changing the Workers Comp Code I have entered. I use the time entry screen and the WC Code is as I posted. I print the Detail Time Report and WC Code is as I posted. But the Workers Comp Report shows a different Workers Comp Codes.

There should be no default WC codes in your employee's profile when you assign them through timesheet.
You can update your Workers Compensation Setup to remove the assigned code. This way, you can enter the WC code when creating their timesheet and view the correct code when you print the Detail Time report.
I've attached screenshots below for your reference.
You can get your WC premiums calculations for multiple states, pay them, and even make an adjustment in your QuickBooks Desktop account. Kindly refer to this article for the detailed steps: Pay Workers' Compensation premiums.
