- QuickBooks Online Plus: This is best for businesses that sell both products and services such as retailers, wholesalers, contractors, and other small businesses. Also, it can help you performed inventory tracking, job costing, budgeting, and access for up to five users.
- QuickBooks Online Advanced: This is ideal for growing businesses with complex workflows that can be more efficient if repetitive tasks are automated. With this version, you can have detailed reporting, custom user permissions, a dedicated support manager, and up to 25 users.
