Let's determine the main cause of why your vendor's transactions are cut off. We can start by using an incognito window. This is the best place to identify any browser-related issues. I've got the shortcut keys to open this window:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you're able to see all the transactions, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the pages we've opened.
We can also switch to a different browser that QuickBooks supported. These are:
- Google Chrome
- Internet Explorer
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
