When entering bills in QBO, how can I get info to print on the memo line when the screen says such info does NOT appear on printed checks?

I think the Quickbooks team need to hire someone who has actual ERP knowledge. As an AP administrator for 30 or so years, having the memo line (actually the description line in Quickbooks) automatically pump out on the cheque stub is an automatic and 100% necessary function. For a company who pays multiple bills to a vendor, not having this most basic information noted on the cheque stub is unheard of with professional systems. This is bonkers to me that it's so hard to get that info on a cheque. Without it, how is the recipient to know what the cheque is for? Telepathy? Magic?  Smh at this one.....

Like everyone else, this is the most stupiest thing ever!  I print multiple checks and to have to go into each one and enter it again is time consuming.  I want the desktop version back.  It was much easier and faster.

Its almost 2025, I don't even see any responses in 2024 to this same question.  This is total BS that you expect me to either enter checks one at the time or cut and paste.  Ridiculous.  I am tired of hand writing memos in the line and getting chewed out for not having the client information needed in the memo line on a printed check.  Thanks for nothing Online version.
