In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can customize your Product and Services overview page using the Filter and Gear icon. In that way, you can prioritize the items you want to see first. Let me show you how to configure this in your account by following the steps below:
1. Log into your QBO account.
2. Go to Sales, then select Product and Services.
3. Click on the Funnel icon to filter your Products and Services list by:
- Status
- Type (Inventory, Non-Inventory, Service, and Bundle)
- Category
- Stock Status
4. Once done, tap Apply.
Moreover, you can add extra columns and rows with item descriptions on your Products and Services overview page by utilizing the Gear Icon.
