When I open QB Online account, I see my old company name. Could you delete this?

I'll share some insights on how you can remove a company from QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We can request the Primary/Master Admin to remove you from their company. I'd suggest sharing these steps with the Master Admin to delete your name from the file.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, select Manage users.
3. Find the user you want to delete.
4. Click the drop-down arrow under Action.
5. Select Delete.
6. In the confirmation window, click Delete again.

Additionally, Mater Admin can also change or edit the old company name. This way, users would know which one to log in or work on: Change Your Business Name, Contact Info, or EIN in QuickBooks Online.

Also, since the Toast POS system is a third-party application, it would be best to contact their support so they can help you with the integration process. You can use Google search to get their updated contact information.
