When I print the profit and loss it reflects Net Income. But this time period I have a loss. How do I to modify the income statement to reflect NET INCOME (LOSS)?
If it is an actual loss - that expenses exceed income then net income will be shown however you have selected negative numbers to display. It can be with just a minus in front, enclosed in brackets, red letters (only viewable in print with color printers) but rest assured, if Income less Expenses is less than zero your report will display it properly
