Join nowI can recommend a way to ensure you're able to see the invoices and vendor payments by providing troubleshooting details, @chuck27p. This way, you can review the transactions of your vendors on the go.
There are times when the QuickBooks Online app has a lot of data, which may cause transactions not to sync. To fix this, let's reset the app to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state.
Here's how:

Once done, you can go to the Transactions tab to see the invoices and payments. On the Vendors tab, you can only create, manage, import, or see a vendor on a map. However, please also note that the bill feature is currently unsupported on the app. You'll have to access your account using a browser to add one.

I cannot find "refresh data." Under menu, there is a HELP link but when clicked, refresh data is not there.
Are you saying that all vendors will have NO activity like this? This is what I see...nothing for any vendor. Is this intended??

You should be able to add or view your vendors using the app. It means the transactions or activities are supposed to be there. However, entering or accessing bills is only available through a browser.
If you followed the steps above and are still unable to find the Refresh data, I recommend contacting our representative. They can help figure out the issues of your mobile app.
