Let's configure the account view to fix the issue, SM1970.
There are two ways in which the navigation bar is displayed QuickBooks Online (QBO). The Business view enables you to perform accounting without having to learn complicated accounting terms or processes. When your company is set to the view mentioned, you'll have to click the Business overview menu on the left panel to access the Reports tab.
The Accountant view gives you complete control over features and utilizes standard accounting terminology. You'll see the following menus:
Let's switch from the Business view to the Accountant view to automatically see the Reports menu. Here's how:
