So you've replaced a one button click with a convoluted series of steps that make the user navigate away from the current invoice in order to print a packing slip? Who thought this was a good idea and what purpose does it serve?
After an Invoice is created for my business, I need to immediately print a packing slip, and I imagine many businesses need to as well. It's removing simple features like this, or making them difficult/more time consuming to access for that will make me start looking for other accounting software.

For every one person commenting on this, there are hundreds or thousands with the same issue.
Well, they have it fixed now. But there's other issues.
The invoice packing slip issue has since been resolved. Other issues I have submitted feedback.
