Where did invoices go?

Hello there, Chris. Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Let me help you generate and create invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

First, ensure that you're logged in on the correct QBO company file. After which, you can go ahead and go to the Sales menu and check if the invoices are recorded under the All Invoices tab. Your invoices should show up there. 

 

If your invoices still won't show, let's proceed and perform these basic troubleshooting steps to confirm if this is a browser-related issue. This will also help us determine why you can't make invoices.

 

We can start by opening your account in a private window as it ignores historical data. These are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you can create and view your invoices, then the issue is likely caused by your browser. You'll want to clear your regular browser cache. If the issue persists, you can consider using another supported browser.
