Making sure that you'll receive an update of your chargeback is our top priority, Mandypuchalski.
Chargebacks are meant to protect consumers from unauthorized transactions, billing errors, and quality of goods and services. Intuit works hard to investigate these and to assist our merchants in providing the correct information for any dispute. You'll want to reach out to our support team so you'll be able to know the status for your case. Here's how:
On a web browser:
- Select Assistant from the top bar.
- Ask general questions like “How much have I made this year?” or “How many business miles did I log?”
On iOS:
- Tap the + button on the dashboard. Then select Ask QB Assistant.
- Ask general questions like “How much have I made this year?” or “How many business miles did I log?”
- Message an agent for a live chat.
- Get a callback to get a call from our support team.
On the other hand, to make sure your books are up to date, you can return customer's money or record a refund. I've got this article for your guide: Record A Customer Refund In QuickBooks Online.
Please get back to us if you have any other concerns about chargeback. The Community is always right here to help you.
