It may take a few minutes to appear the changes and new transactions you've made using a browser to the mobile app. That depends on the internet speed.
We can also manually sync them. From the QuickBooks Online mobile app, click the Gear icon at the top-left corner. Scroll down and click Refresh Data. Then, wait for it to load.
If the new invoices still don't show, you'll want to uninstall, then reinstall the app. Check these links for more details:

Not sure why they were not on mobile, but I did a refresh data and there they are.

Hi I am currently having the same issue with the android app and have to uninstall every few days, it's only on one of my android devices. I'm just wondering if they have come up with a solution yet since it looks like this issue has been going on for well over a year or are they just trying to sweep it under the rug?

i try to refresh data for a week now i updated my phone uninstall and reinstall the app 25 times i try to open the app on a different phone i keep getting the error
